Mike Gill has 30 years’ NHS and public sector experience with knowledge of service transformations, project management and delivering change. His work within the NHS includes projects in primary and secondary care, working with GPs, GP Federations and NHS commissioners on resilience and efficiency projects.

He has led projects that have delivered organisational and service growth, greater efficiency and improvement in management and leadership. Mike’s long experience of delivering complex and challenging change programmes and his passion for effective public services led him to write a book on that very subject.
